

« Monaco saké award » est un concours de saké organisé pour les
échanges culturels entre Monaco et le Japon.
À Monaco, où les célébrités se réunissent du monde entier, nous
choisissons un saké que tout le monde peuve apprécier.
Monaco, joyau de la Méditerranée, est riche en fruits de mer, tout
comme le Japon.
Et il est fortement influencé par la culture culinaire de la France
et de l'Italie voisines.
Quel est le mariage du saké et du mets de Monaco ?
Ce concours s’intéresse, en même temps, au mariage des ingrédients
et du saké.
Quel type de saké les monégasques choisissent-ils ?
Cet intérêt sera répercuté sur la brassagerie, et sera profité lors
du prochain brassage.
Le saké est un cristal de la culture japonaise.
Nous nous efforçons de faire du saké un pont d'amitié.

Les juges sont des connaisseurs résidant à Monaco.
Le jugement a été fait par la royauté monégasque, le président du
Parlement, le chef de la cour et les sommeliers des meilleurs hôtels
et restaurants de Monaco.

La réunion du jury du "MONACO SAKE AWARD 2025" s'est tenue au "Yacht Club de Monaco" dans la Principauté de Monaco en l'honneur.
23 marques ont été sélectionnées pour 34 prix.
Le thème du prix Mariage était "Mozzarella"

On January 17, 2022, she was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation. As Minister, she visited the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held talks with the Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs.
On January 10, 2025, following the inability of the then Minister of State (equivalent to Prime Minister) to continue his duties, she was appointed as Acting Minister of State by Prince Albert II. Subsequently, following the passing of her predecessor, she provisionally led the government until July 21 of the same year, becoming the first female Head of Government in Monaco's history.
He is the son of Princess Stéphanie of Monaco and the grandson of Princess Grace Kelly. He is the nephew of the current sovereign, Prince Albert II, and is 15th in the line of succession to the Monegasque throne.
He has held positions such as Assistant to the Vice-President at the professional football club AS Monaco and currently serves as the President of "Barbagiuans de Monaco," a charity team founded by his uncle, Prince Albert II.
He is a Japanophile with a deep knowledge of Japanese culture and speaks fluent Japanese. He has fostered strong ties with Japan, including leading his team to the country to hold charity matches as president.

Didier Gamerdinger is the ambassador committed to the development of Japan-Monaco relations in various fields including MONACO SAKE AWARD.
He joined the Palace of Monaco in 1987 and became Chef de Cuisine of the Palace in 2004.
For more than 15 years, he has chaired the Club Chefs des Chefs, the exclusive association of chefs of
heads of state, royal families and heads of state, and has worked with politicians from all over the
world, including Nelson Mandela, Barack Obama, Angela Merkel and Queen Elizabeth II. He is known for his
charity work and has organised charity dinners in Japan in aid of the Tohoku and Kumamoto reconstruction
efforts.
The Barbagiuan is a traditional dish and every family has a special recipe of their own. It is stuffed
with Swiss chard and ricotta, amongst other ingredients. With the Monegasque traditional cuisine, the
Mediterranean influence is dominant and very popular. I am very excited to discover the Macanese cuisine
and talk to chefs in these regions.
After more than 20 years as a sommelier at five-star hotels, including the Hôtel de Paris, he has been Head Sommelier at the Yacht Club de Monaco for more than seven years, where he welcomes politicians and VIP clients from around the world.
One of the most prestigious yacht clubs in the world, Yacht Club de Monaco was founded by King Rainier in 1953 and has more than 2,500 members from 79 nationalities. D'Alessandri has been welcoming VIPs from all over the world at the yacht club for more than 50 years since the former king was president.
